How can I place an order?

Use a computer/tablet/phone

After logging in, add the product you want to buy to the shopping cart. After you finish, check the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the page, then click “Checkout”. The page will jump to “My Shopping Cart”. After confirming the details and quantity of the chosen products, click “Place Order”. If you are not logged in, the website will ask you to log in first to continue confirming your payment.

If you are already logged in, you only need to select the shipping address, select the payment method and confirm the order.

I want to add products to my cart, what do I do?

Use a computer/tablet/phone

After logging in to www.oo.hk, the left side of the page will list the categories of all OFF-ON products. After clicking on the product category you want to view, you can add the product to the shopping cart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button under each product. You can also use the add and subtract symbol to adjust the number of products you want to buy.

What happens to the products in my cart after I logout?

If you do not purchase the products after you add them to your shopping cart, they will still be stored in your shopping cart after you log out of your account. They will be there the next time you log in. Note that having them in your cart will not guarantee that next time they will be in stock, so better buy them the first time!

I want to check my order status and my past orders, what do I do?

Use a desktop/tablet

Once logged in, you can move your mouse to the top right corner of the page (where your login name appears), then click on “Order History”. You can view all your ongoing and past order records on this page.

Using a mobile phone

Once logged in, you can click on the top left corner of the screen and then click on “Orders” in “My Account”. You can view all your ongoing and past order records on this page.

Can I place an order if I am not registered?

No, if you have not registered as a member, you can still add the product to your shopping cart, but you must register at www.o-o.hk to pay for your selected product and enjoy our delivery service.

How do I add a product to my wishlist?

Use computer / mobile phone / tablet

When you click on the product you want to view and enter the product details, you can click “Add to Favorites” in the upper right corner of the image. You can move your mouse to the top right corner of the page and click on “Wishlist” to see all the products you added to the list. To remove a product from your “Wishlist”, you can remove it directly by pressing “X” on the left side of the page.

 

How can I search for a product?

Use a desktop/tablet/phone

After logging in to www.o-o.hk, the left side of the page (or after selecting the top left corner of the screen) will list the categories of all OFF-ON products. Click on the product category you want to view, and then filter out the products you want by product type, brand and label matching the product. You can also type in the product name, product brand or product-related label word in the search bar at the top of the website, and then search for your desired product.

How do I make sure of the products quality?

If your product is damaged or not properly packaged, keep it and contact us, we will replace it or give a full refund according to the situation.

When will my product be delivered?

Our delivery time is from Monday to Friday, and delivery time is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can also pick up the goods from the pick-up point of SF Express.

What are the areas covered by the delivery?

We currently provide delivery services in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, with the exception of designated areas. We are currently not delivering to the following areas: Islands District (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung), Airport, Expo Centre, Disneyland, and any controlled areas where trucks are prohibited.

What is the minimum spending required to enjoy free shipping?

Get free shipping with a purchase of HK$750 or over before using the promotion code! If your order is less than HK$750 before using the promotion code, an additional HK$35 shipping service fee will be charged. Please note that each order is limited to a single shipping location.

Can I change my shipping address?

At checkout, in addition to the default address, you can also fill in a new address on the “Billing Address” page.

Can I authorise others (such as building managers) to collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, just fill in your request in the “Special Shipping Requirements” section at the bottom of the page. At the time of the selected delivery time we will follow up with you by phone.

Can I send individual orders to different shipping addresses?

Yes, you only need to fill in the required address on the “Checkout” page when you purchase. Please note that at present, www.o-o.hk only provides delivery to a single address for each order. If you want to ship the product to a different address, please create different orders for each address.

How can I change my password?

Once logged in, you can move your mouse to the top right corner of the page (where your login name appears) and click on “My Account”. You can change your personal password here.

Once logged in, tap the top left corner of the screen and tap My Account. You can change your personal password here.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Use a desktop/tablet

On the homepage of www.o-o.hk, click the “Login/Register” button in the upper right corner of the homepage. Under the “Login” data entry field, click “Forgot your password”. Then fill in your email address according to the instructions and click “Send Now”. Our system will let you reset your password via email.

Using a mobile phone

Click on the top left corner of the screen at www.o-o.hk, click on the “Login/Register” button and click on “Forgot your password” under the “Login” data entry field. Then fill in your email address according to the instructions and click “Send Now”. Our system will let you reset your password via email.

What are the paying methods available?

We currently accept payment by VISA, MasterCard and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Is the payment process safe?

Of course! We will do our utmost to protect your personal information from disclosure and misuse during the payment process, and to keep your private dates confidential. Please read our Privacy Policy Statement .

Can I choose cash on delivery?

Sorry, OFF-ON does not accept cash payment yet.

What is a discount code?

OFF-ON will launch different promotional offers on a regular basis and operate in the form of promotional codes. Each offer has its own different content. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.

How do I use the code?

During the promotion period, when you purchase a product, enter the discount code in the “Checkout” position of the shopping cart.

Is there a minimum spending when using a promotional code?

Only one set of coupon codes can be entered per order. In addition, if the discount code contains a discount amount, the total order amount must be at least HK$1 or more of the discount amount. (If the coupon code includes HK$50 discount, the total order amount must be at least HK$51.) The different coupon codes have different terms of use. For details, please refer to the relevant promotion activities.

Why is my code not valid?
